What is Leap

The Leadership Enrichment Accelerated Program (LEAP) is an immersive training experience that develops exceptional leaders. LEAP fosters self-awareness and personal growth, encouraging participants to leverage their strengths and address areas for improvement. LEAP focuses on providing participants with the necessary knowledge, tools, and strategies to excel in leadership roles. Through a combination of theoretical learning, experiential activities, and interactive discussions, participants gain a deep understanding of effective leadership principles and practices.

What is the LEAP Experience?

The Leadership Enrichment Accelerated Program (LEAP) is a four-month program for aspiring and experienced leaders. Its focus is on understanding one’s unique gifts and talents, learning about leadership styles, and developing traits and characteristics of leadership.

What does the LEAP experience cost you?

1.Time
Time to read the assigned weekly portions, connect and share your learning with other members of the cohort.

2. Money
This will cover the cost of the materials (three books and a journal), venue, and related costs for the in-person sessions.

What is the LEAP learning Journey?

STEP 1: Kick-off
Each module begins with a facilitated kick-off session, held in person or virtually depending on the cohort.

STEP 2: Engage
Read three assigned chapters each week. Reflect on the content and document insights and action steps through guided journaling.

STEP 3: Connect
Participate in weekly small-group connect sessions to share learning outcomes, skills gained, and progress on your action plan. You will also engage in bi-weekly full-cohort sessions.

STEP 4: Learn by Doing
Apply your learning through a collaborative leadership project. Develop a personal leadership growth strategy, participate in a mentorship and accountability community, and create a roadmap for continuous learning beyond the 12-week program.
