The Leadership Enrichment Accelerated Program (LEAP) is an immersive training experience that develops exceptional leaders. LEAP fosters self-awareness and personal growth, encouraging participants to leverage their strengths and address areas for improvement. LEAP focuses on providing participants with the necessary knowledge, tools, and strategies to excel in leadership roles. Through a combination of theoretical learning, experiential activities, and interactive discussions, participants gain a deep understanding of effective leadership principles and practices.
The Leadership Enrichment Accelerated Program (LEAP) is a four-month program for aspiring and experienced leaders. Its focus is on understanding one’s unique gifts and talents, learning about leadership styles, and developing traits and characteristics of leadership.

Time to read the assigned weekly portions, connect and share your learning with other members of the cohort.
2. Money
This will cover the cost of the materials (three books and a journal), venue, and related costs for the in-person sessions.
The conversation sessions were transformative, creating a safe space for team members to express themselves, fostering courage, and imparting practical skills. In summary, LEAP is the best program offering a biblically sound approach to Christian and spiritual leadership.
Embarking on the LEAP journey in 2022 has changed my perception of leadership, making me a more compassionate and self-aware leader, aligning with God’s purpose. As Warren Benin aptly puts it, “Leadership is like beauty: it’s hard to define, but you know it when you see it.”
This was a transformative journey of learning, unlearning, and taking meaningful actions for better results with an opportunity to connect with inspiring individuals, encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and acknowledge my ongoing progress.
